Eagle Parts: IN-12 Nixie and IV-22 VFD tube sockets

Added IN-12 Nixie socket (pictured above) and the IV-22 VFD socket (picture below) to our Eagle parts library. As you may have noticed from our recent updates, we’ve been playing around with Nixies and VFDs a bit lately…

    Just a heads up to anyone who plans on using this footprint: Double check your pinouts! I used this footprint for my IN-12A Breakout Board and all the pins-outs are wrong. Pin 7 is pin 1, pin 8 is pin 2, etc. The pinouts go counterclockwise looking top-down from the nixie starting from what they say is pin 7.
