These Potato Semiconductor parts are interesting. I see you can buy on their ebay store. The “Noise Cancellation Logic” approach is rather interesting. A good application for the GHz speed 74XX parts may be a dual flip-flop IQ (quadrature) clock/LO divider. The GHz “Bus Switches” are interesting. At first-glance it’s hard to tell from the datasheets whether they are linear or not. If they are, they might be useful for quadrature commutating mixers. I think Pericom Semiconductor had/has parts like this; but I think they were bought-out by Diodes Inc. And who knows who bought-out Diodes Inc now? (I can’t keep up with this Semiconductor Industry “Consolidation” disaster any more.)
