I’m interested in the concept of a clean web UI with hooks into Analog/Digital IOs. What would be the minimum requirements for a simple interactive front-end like the one for this PSU?
I found wijmo which has some nice JQuery based widgets and maybe the appweb webserver. Not sure what what hardware would be necessary for the webserver part.
How would you approach the problem with say your Web platform?

Web platform can do web control of IOs and ADC, the web server has a UI example, though simple protocols over TCPIP are even easier. I would go arm though, just for super ease of use.
We’re working on this at Nonolith Labs. Check out our open-source-hardware analog IO device, CEE, and its default user interface, Pixelpulse, which runs in the web browser. We also have an API for building your own interfaces on the hardware.

It is very hard to find fanless power supplies anywhere with remote lan control option.
Recently I have found what I consider the almost perfect bench DC power supply:

Compact size power supply, good power levels, USB, LAN support, data logging, waveform generator, etc..
The only thing missing to make it perfect is LXI class C compliance.
Unfortunately I can’t buy one yet as they do not have any distributors in Europe :(
But I soooo want one! :D
