Teholabs sent the Cygni and Procyon ARM dev-board PCBs to the board house:
We are pretty excited to have two new development boards out to the PCB house. They are Procyon and Cygni. Cygni and Procyon represent the two extremes of where ARM micros seem to make sense to us for the DIY/hacker/maker community.

Thanks for the post Ian. Once the PCBs are verified to work, I will likely follow your lead an excellent idea of giving away PCBs.
