Okay, now this is really strange. How did TB3134 manage a URL with the filename of cn573816.pdf? I read this a few weeks ago as 90003134A.pdf, which is the standard MCHP naming convention.
I guess you will have to ask a Chinese about that… ;)
Tested Microchip’s site a bit; it looks like you have to set the site to chinese language to get that link. I know they have some docs in chinese and japanese, but I suppose in this case they want to track the popularity of their docs on a per-language basis.
