Several products in the PIC® device family have a Math Accelerator module to do a 16-bit multiplication and addition in hardware. This technical brief describes briefly how the module works, how to use this module in users’ applications, and what is important to observe.

    Okay, now this is really strange. How did TB3134 manage a URL with the filename of cn573816.pdf? I read this a few weeks ago as 90003134A.pdf, which is the standard MCHP naming convention.

      I guess you will have to ask a Chinese about that… ;)

        Tested Microchip’s site a bit; it looks like you have to set the site to chinese language to get that link. I know they have some docs in chinese and japanese, but I suppose in this case they want to track the popularity of their docs on a per-language basis.
