A long time ago I’ve received a NXP ARM Cortex M0/M3 breakout board free pcb and I got a Open Bench Logic Sniffer out of a swag bag, I only had time to solder the free pcb last week.
The MCU is a LPC1313, the cheapest cortex m3 that I could find that would be pin compatible with the footprint on the PCB and I’ve programmed the blink example from lpcXpresso on it with flash magic and a FTDI breakout board.The Open Bench Logic Sniffer wasn’t working when I received it, there was short between two tracks, it was already been cut but it wasn’t enough, there was still a little bit of copper connecting the two tracks, after a few passes with a sharp knife and reflashing everything it was working.
