Wow, now this is an amazing hack. I never thought v-usb would work on these attiny5/10’s. Creating very simple USB devices with 1 (or 2 if you use the reset) in/outputs is pretty cool useage.
It is not that amazing. In fact the chip has 1 KiB flash and 32 bytes (not bits) of RAM.
