    The 2 layer order features 6/6 mil design rules (“6 mil traces, spaced 6 mils apart”), and a minimum drill size of 12 mils with 6 mil annular ring.

    The 4 layer order features 5/5 mil design rules, a minimum drill size of 10 mils, and a 4 mil annular ring. It also uses a high frequency substrate (FR408). See the 4 layer stackup.

    The previous OSHPark specs I saw were 6/6 for both, and 13 mil / 7 mil drill / ring. It makes a couple designs I’ve been toying with doable within the official specs.
