Free PCB Sunday: Christmas edition

We go through a lot of prototype PCBs, and end up with lots of extras that we’ll never use. Every Sunday we give away a few PCBs from one of our past or future projects, or a related prototype. Our PCBs are made through Seeed Studio’s Fusion board service.

This week two random commenters will get a coupon code for the free PCB drawer tomorrow morning. Pick your own PCB.

You get unlimited free PCBs now – finish one and we’ll send you another!

Don’t forget there’s free PCBs three times every week:

  • Tweet-a-PCB Tuesday. Follow us and get boards in 144 characters or less
  • Facebook PCB Friday. Free PCBs while you wait for the weekend
  • Free PCB Sunday, right here on the blog

Are you interested in blogging with us? Drop us a line. This probably won’t be a paid position, but you get a back stage pass, free PCBs, and free projects. US and international bloggers are welcome.

Some stuff:

  • Yes, we’ll mail it anywhere in the world!
  • Be sure to use a real e-mail in the address field so we can contact you with the coupon.
  • Limit one PCB per address per month please.
  • Like everything else on this site, PCBs are offered without warranty.
  • PCBs are scrap and have no value, due to limited supply it is not possible to replace a board lost in the post

  1. A free PCB coupon code would be the perfect way to round out this Christmas season. Don’t fail me, Santa! : )

  2. Merry Christmas!

Ian: What is the clay like stuff you use to hold your PCB’s in place while you solder? Doesn’t that leave a residue on the board??

      1. AndThen:

Thanks. Guess I missed it when I looked before. But then it must not have seemed useful at the time either ;-)

      2. Yes, it’s poster tac putty for holding posters on eg dormitory walls without nails. When it gets hot on the PCB there is some residue, but once it cools you can rub it with another piece of putty and it comes right off.

  3. On the 4th Day of Xmas, my true love gave to me:
    4 issues of MAKE magazine,
    3 Cool biking jerseys,
    2 Flannel shirts,
    …and a Aoyue 937+ Digital Soldering Station!!
I bought her baking tools and gadgets! which means I WILL have to go hiking or snowshoeing all winter!
    Happy Holidays to all…
