The probe cable is not a kit, I made that myself. The hooks are from an E-Z Hook XKM-S 10-piece colored hook set from Digikey (P/N 461-1012-ND). the cable itself is just standard ribbon cable with crimped and soldered 0.025 square pin sockets.
