Mats continues his challenge of designing one PCB every week. This tool helps to determine exact hole dimensions for screws and other parts.
This weeks PAW will be extremely simple – it’s not even a breakout board, but it might still come in handy for people making PCBs. The FitHole is a tool for testing what drill size that best fits a part that you’re making a library footprint for.
So simple, but yet so very helpful! Great tool for the bench for sure!!

This would be a great tool to have. I haven’t sent any boards off to Seeed yet as I have a few parts I’m worried about lead sizing. This would eliminate that concern.
I have a large one of these for bolts, but a small one for electronics sized projects would be quite nice.
I would use mine to sort all my tiny sized drill bits first.
