In the netherlands the police have civilian cars, when they want to pull you over they use a simular sign (behind the windscreen though).

I wish I could say I was surprised that it wasn’t secured in any way. These frames are really taking off, I seem to see them everywhere lately. I wonder how many owners realize how vulnerable they are.
