Once I get reimbursed for my last design, I’ll one of each. Good thing that Xilinx ISE also runs under Linux :)
Does this mean that lots of CPLD boards have already been sold? … or does it just mean that the first run was really small?
If it’s not ‘proprietary’ … I think it would be interesting to see a page on the Dangerous Prototypes web site with the latest numbers on how many of each design have sold. I suppose this could be difficult with Seeed, Adafruit, and several other companies making and selling the boards, especially considering they’re all open designs that could easily be manufactured without any tracking, but it would still be cool to know how many are out there, roughly.
So far 100 of each. That is pretty small, but it’s more than I’d like to sell door to door.
Ha! No kidding. Door-to-door sales would really suck.
