From the comments on our STM32L Discovery and ULINK2 post:
A few days ago, a friend gave me a stm32l discovery kit
As in the stm32vl kit, there is an embedded stlink. However, this is the version 2, and the linux stlink programming tool
is not working. After some checks, one of the reason is that it is no longer possible to send SCSI passthru commands. The commands now must be sent directly over USB. Some other things changed, and I am implementing a small software I putThe code is currently in github.com
I put some links here
If things go well, there should not be much work to adapt the pervious stlink software to the new stlinkv2… and by browsing the web, it seems there is a relatively large number of people in need for such a tool on linux.

both the github links seems to be broken!
This is now all up and working, and the stlink tool now supports both versions :)
Lots of work from lots of people, but now we have working tools on linux for these boards!
i delete all things on STM32L discovery
i will restor the program
i dont found the file *.bin
please help me
thanks
