The Piwik tracking software we installed last Friday is already giving some interesting stats about visitors to the site. Here’s a summary of the web browsers we’re using. Looks like Firefox and non-IE alternatives rule the day.

2 versions of chrome and firefox, but no information about opera?! What a discrimination ;).
Yeah, if you can break down Firefox and Chrome into separate versions, it seems like you could break down “Others” a little more.
Where’s OmniWeb? ;-)
I’m also interested on what is inside “Others”, what about Opera and other IE versions?
Maybe after we run it for a bit longer we’ll get more detailed data. This is only about 3-4 days now.
I think the other category will lump Opera stuff in it if it is a low percentage. However Piwik does identify Opera. Some days Chrome 13 is the top browser for teho Labs. Mostly FF 5 though.
Where is lynx? :S
^– FF3.6
I’m both FF5.0 and FF7.0 (Aurora) ;D
Chrome 13 on the desktop and Opera Mini on the mobile.
Which reminds me, on the forum I have no option to view the desktop version on my mobile. It forces me to stick to the default mobile theme, while opera mini has the ability to cope perfectly well on my 2 year old smartphone.
The forum mobile mod does not have a manual switcher, but it is super high on my todo list because it annoys me too. Look for a new mobile theme in a few days, followed by the plugin update.
