Did you try tu put the “views” link on the top of the page (as in standard mediawiki) instead of on the left column? The central column seems a little too narrow for a wiki to me, that has much more text than a blog post. I was wandering if it would be better to span on the central AND right column for wiki content.
Btw, that’s just my little opinion ;)
Thanks for the feedback. I agree, it is probably too narrow. When we finish the first version, I’ll look at ways to move that stuff elsewhere. Like the adafruit site, I’d like to essentially hide the wiki-ness from non-logged in users for a clean documentation look.
Overall the theme fits the rest of the site really well, IMO. I’d second the opinion that the content is a bit on the narrow side though (having . Also, is width limiting done purposely? It doesn’t seem to be filling my 1280×1024 monitor (but neither does the blog) – I guess this might be done purposely so things don’t blow up on wide screens? Also, you might consider centering the “buy box” at the top (it appears to be right aligned for me).
THe fixed width is on purpose. I really want it to look more professional and appealing, and read like a blog post or instruction manual. The wiki was a solution to old blog posts being lost and ‘dead’, but it looks hideous compared to the elegant typesetting on wordpress. I know it’s a tradeoff, and we will add in a print mode widget to help make PDFs/print the documentation. Also, all the old themes are still there, users can set their own preference if you hate the default.

One detail, the header that has the blog forum, etc info to click on, you might put some kind of dividing mark between each word. Drop the font point size down one size should give you the room needed.
It’s something we do in ads to aid in readability. (I work in the creative services dept of a newspaper)
