  1. I think it is not a big issue. PCB are pretty robust, and since it is for free, it is a steal

  2. It also depends on what sort of mail-sorting equipment is used in your local distribution area, but as long as it’s taped, it’ll arrive safe and sound. Without the tape, the PCB would likely chew through the side of the envelope and fall out.

  3. Mine arrived this morning and is in perfect condition.
    i think the only thing that might help with the sorting machines
    is if the boards were taped on the left and right edges rather than accross the middle.

    this should create sort of a dull edge and ramp to the board and prevent the envelope being torn.
