FTDI 5 minute support response

FTDI tech support took less than 5 minutes to respond to our hardware-related query. Where have you gotten excellent support?

    Microchip (of PIC fame). Very prompt and knowledgeable. I did a project with Zilog several years ago, and also found their tech support to be pretty good.
