Yeah saw these before… For what it’s worth, the MAXQ61C has no onboard flash. The MAXQ613 is a newer part with 48kB of onboard flash and slight other differences. Both have the infrared module. Both are available in somewhat manageable LQFP/TQFP packages for prototyping. Good luck actually buying one of these though.
