It is just bullshit, it appears some countries are blocked and cannot order this item.

They will not give a list, but it appears several Asian countries including Hong Kong.
They should include the information on their website rather than making you setup an account…process the order, then them manually canceling the order without telling you.

this is really strange. I ordered mine today oct 26th arround 01h30 AM. checked right now and it’s already shipped!!!
donno what to say, I already forgot shipment details that’s how long passed since the order … not the first time I order something from TI that they charge and never deliver :(
maybe your goods have been stoled by the post office workers. You may ask TI for your packages. They will for sure do the necessary, and sometimes right after investigations starts, you got (magically ;) ) your goods at home in few days.

arhi, ALL order details are saved on TI eStore. You only need to access your account at TI eStore and go to orders, you’ll find all history there. If you forgot your password, you can of course recover it from there.
