An HP 1650A 80 port LOGIC ANALYZER W LEADS & SOFTWARE. In near mint condition!
and an HP Hewlett Packard 54502A dual channel Digitizing Oscilloscope 400MHz. Also in perfect condition. Paid less than $300 for both (including shipping.)
well spent time on the Ebays.

Picked up a Tektronix 1502 TDR (Time Domain Reflectometer).  Flea-bay, $25.  Broken, of course.
Picture shows it repaired, TDRing a random piece of 50 ohm coax, unterminated.

I just came from HAM swap meet. For 200czk (10 usd) I got this:

It's some kind of counter/stopwatch - not sure. But there are 8 nixie tubes, with working powersupply. This is old-school technology, containing piles of 74xx ICs (which draw 25-50mA each!). One board is missing. But the box is nice, for some other project.

2 Nokia 5110 LCDs with boards, 3 Nokia 3210 LCDs, and another 5 Nokia 3210 full phones, not working, (but LCDS should be intact)
The best part was the price, $10, that's 10 LCD's for $10 :D I like using 3210 and 5110 better then 3310s because the lcds for 3210 and 5110 come with metal cases around them making it easier to connect them to the board.
best regards FIlip.
