Noob question - Hex Codes

It's been forever since i've played with my IRToy and i've forgotten everything i've learned about it. I have updated the firmware using update-USBIRToy.v22.bat and can communicate with WinLIRC to send a code from a library they provided. However what i'm trying to do is send a hex code. All the WinLIRC codes i found seemed to be raw codes. From my remote control vendor, the hex code list is below. How do i send these hex codes with the USB IR Toy? What program/procedure would i use? Sorry for the dumb question, i've searched the forum and couldn't find the information.

You can use WinLirc with such Hexcodes.
A config would look like below. (Example for one of my Remotes)
The Problem here will be the Header with the data of your remote. If all your configs are in RawMode my config won´t help you I think.
But you can try to create a header with irrecord from WinLirc.
Also you can record the signals with irrecord if the hexcodes won´t work.

You can use irrecord to turn a raw config into hex codes. I can't remember how exactly but it should work. Just load irrecord via command line with the correct plugin and the config name
