Bus Pirate v4 - HW redesign in KiCAD

Hello everyone,
I've been following your project for a long time and as Electronic Design Engineer I really like it. I've already studied all HW designs on the GitHub and I would like to redesign BPv4 in completely free KiCAD due to new policy of Eagle by Autodesk...

On this occasions I would like to ask if you know any HW problem or enhancement for BPv4, which I can do it?

From my point of view I'm going to add overcurrent and ESD protection. Any other suggestion will be welcomed.
