Routing close to the edge.

I am thinking of making a 1.6mm board with a hole cut about 1mm from the edge.  The hole is a lozenge shape with about 10mm on the inside edge parallel with the outside edge.

Code: [Select]
_________________ Outside edge
    __________    <- 1mm of material
  / <-10mm->
  /
      Hole    /

Does anyone on this forum like to look at random PCBs and guess if they would be accepted by dirtypcbs or not?  If I can iterate the design here it would save effort at the company (wherever it ends up).

Thanks.

We have the cheapest, crappiest PCBs in the world. Don't press your luck. My guess is they will reject it. 1mm is crazy!

1mm is not as crazy as me, but I take your point.  Thank you.
