*Complete rework of the quote system is implemented. (hopefully) accurate quotes for 100/500/1000 pieces, handled in a much more robust way. Currently search/browse shows price of single component, BOM editor shows 100s price, and the summary table shows the three price breaks at 100/500/1000 with detailed breakdowns.

*JSON feeds cleaned up. Leave possibility for user to select pricing point in the BOM editor table instead of the default 100s price

*Details pages for components show actual distributor price breaks

*PCB pricing is accurate and history of specs and board files is working.

*Changed logistics companies. Now have DHL Hong Kong for all destinations instead of a combination of DHL Hong Kong and DHL China. Replaced Hong Kong Airmail with PostNL Dutch mail, much faster, slightly cheaper, and registered mail is an option. We will no longer refund or replace lost untracked packages, use that option at your own risk. DHL next day is suspended, probably indefinitely, until the Chinese currency control laws change.

Things known not to work:
*Cannot add BOM to cart (well, you can, but the price is wrong)
*Tracking with new logistics provider, until we actually see a package ship and know how to get the tracking number from their API

Thinks coming in next update (Wednesdayish?):
*Add BOM to cart
*JSON feeds for search/browse part library from our API
*Make BOM modular and the partlist search and browse will become open to public (not just testers)

We are disturbingly close to launching DirtyBOM :)

Updates:
*Broke the code into more manageable sections for /create /edit /manage /part-library /invitations
*Because of the first item, the part library is now open to the public (looks like I need to update live site with free and stocked passives): http://dangerousprototypes.com/bom/parts-library
*Pricing is, to best of my knowledge, displayed correctly everywhere. All views are tidied up and working.
*Button to remove part selection
*Menu buttons in BOM editor
*Cart is now aware of shipping requirements, no shipping options shown if nothing needs to ship (fulfillment, gift cards, tickets)
*Fulfillment users are prompted for an address to show on their invoice on first use
*Shipping methods JSON feed added to API

Up next:
*All feeds move to API
*Part library browse/search API
*PCB options and pricing on API
*Print3d options and pricing on API

On the horizon:
*Browse parts in BOM editor (as requested)
*PCB layer viewer (the images are already there, we just don't have a way to view them...)

Big changes:
Finally, I'm leaning heavily towards removing the store at dangerous prototypes and replacing DirtyPCBs with the new store we've been running here. I am in the process of migrating users/orders/pcbs/shares from the old dirtypcbs into the new site software. I think it will be much clearer to have a main head menu with PCBs|3d prints|assembly|etc instead of the currently mostly hidden store at DP. I'm working on this today.
