How to order Harlequin ?

I see a Harlequin board in the PCB shop.
It is bigger than 10x10 cm (also the shop given dimensions are kinda wrong - 1m by 2 meters :) ).
Pressing on Buy this board pre-fills with some data which is wrong.
Questions:
- what is the correct data to order harlequin rev G
- how can I order a board which is larger than 10x10 cm (the options that I see are 5x5 and 10x10) ?

choose quantity 10 or more, fill in the custom size. I am not sure how big the board is though.
