The easiest way I found is to rename the Design Spark PCB gerbers files to use the same file extensions as used by EagleCAD and then zip the renamed gerber files.

Here's a copy of a batch file I wrote:

Code: [Select]
echo ** Gerber Rename **

ren "*Top Copper.gbr" pcbname.GTL
ren "*Bottom Copper.gbr" pcbname.GBL
ren "*Top Copper (Resist).gbr" pcbname.GTS
ren "*Bottom Copper (Resist).gbr" pcbname.GBS
ren "*Top Silkscreen.gbr" pcbname.GTO
ren "*Bottom Silkscreen.gbr" pcbname.GBO

ren "*Top Copper (Paste).gbr" pcbname.GTP
ren "*Board Outline.gbr" pcbname.GML

ren "*Drill Ident Drawing - Through Hole.gbr" "pcbname_Drill Ident Drawing - Through Hole.txt"
ren "*Drill Data - Through Hole.drl" "pcbname_Drill Data - Through Hole.txt"
ren "*Drill Data - Through Hole (Unplated).drl" "pcbname_Drill Data - Through Hole (Unplated).txt"

where pcbname is the file name you want to use

Thanks a lot Tony :) !!! There is nowhere on the web about it in details. Will "DirtyPCB" can work only with the files you mentioned. Please Tony, if possible write a tutorial step by step, considering your readers are newbie, not guru. Thanks again.

Best regards.
