board render issue (informational post only)

pcb render images are experimental, pay no attention to them.

this is more to document something than to complain, ive usually had great luck with the renderer.
it just so happened to show up with an outline layer that was offset from the rest of the layers.
i double checked with gerbv and everything looks fine.

so on a day when someone is looking at the renderer looking for a test case i thought i would volunteer one.

it means you have some stuff on one layer that is outside the bounds of the outline layer. The way to deal is to render all layers transparent so they align, but that takes huge processing resources. Gerblook on the new site does it properly, but in my dirtypcbs hack I cheated and only render a couple layers transparently.
