Mfg time for flex pcbs

I apologize if this is somewhere on the site, I looked but didn't see it.

Is the manufacturing time the same for flex as it is for FR4? Can anyone who has ordered speak to their experience?

(according to about.php, it's 24-48 hrs processing, 4-8 days mfg)
