DRILL FILES for 4 layer boards (blind vias)

I have submitted three different .TXT (drill files) for my 4 layer order. I was wondering If I have used the correct extension for drill files?
my extensions are
[.TXT.0102] blind vias between top layer to 2nd layer
[.TXT.0116] through hole vias between top-bottom layers
[.TXT.0316] blind vias between 3rd and bottom layer

my PCB order number is : 2021140

Saw your email. Very sorry, we (are going to) canceled and refunded this order. None of our prototype quantity board houses will support blind or buried visa. It is so far removed from the low volume low cost processes it just doesn't seem possible. The one board house that did it stopped a year ago. Ill add this to the specs.

OK, thanks for your respond. Do you support 4 layers with through hole vias and traces in middle (inner layers) ?
