25q64fvsiq 1409 question (long shot)

Hello.
I know this is a long shot, but you seems pretty smart and clever in here :)

I have an action cam dv603d with a chip Called 25q64fvsiq 1409 on it. It have "deleted" the firmware and have now White screen and cant "boot".
For the firmware Update i have 2 files. One Called sphost.brn and one card_fw_update.mrk they are ment to Update when camera are turned on and a sd card with the files on root is inserted. I cant make it accept the card as it wont turn completely on. I found a program Called frm.exe that can flash it and is used on others cameras with some others chips. But it uses some other files like .bin i think.

Does anyone of you Guys know an program or how to install the "original" firmware to the cameras chip again via usb? To make the frm program see the chip im should hold power+ok button when connecting it to usb and pc see it as a kind of webcam. And then you can choose flash as SPI instead of nand i Think it is.

Thanks a lot and sorry if its in a wrong forum :)
