Pick and Place TVM920, SMT460, Neoden4 January 23, 2016, 11:51:23 am Hi folks,I am Tonny and just registered here. Currently I am using TM240A of neoden which bought 2 years ago but I would like to buy something with vision system and more feeders. TM240A works fine even with manual adjustments of the components finally but I think noadays can be found something really better for about $10K-$12K. I was considering to buy neoden4, but during the last week I found two pick and place machines which seems to be comparable to Neoden4 and maybe better:TVM920 and SMT460 (I will send links tomorrow during the restriction of this forum)The both machines seems to be fresh and I didn't found any other posts/reviews so far. Breifly here it is the prices i got so far:Base price for TVM920 (without feeders): $6500 Base price for SMT460 (without feeders): $6400Base price for Neoden4 (without feeders): $6500Seems feeders are yamaha compatible (copy i guess) for TVM920 and SMT460 machines but the price is different:For TVM920:Feeder 8mm - $58 Feeder 12mm - $85Feeder 16mm - $90Feeder 24mm - $250 For SMT460Feeder 8mm - $80Feeder 12mm - $133Feeder 16mm - $150Feeder 24mm - $350For Neoden4 they are custom feeders and as far as i can see changing components is a little bit harder ?Feeder 8mm - $60Feeder 12mm - $75Feeder 16mm - $90Nozzles - 4 for all the three:For TVM920: some standart nozzles ?For SMT460: seems to be Juki typeFor Neoden4: ...?SMT460 is with 40 feeders max while TVM920 is with 56 feeders max and neoden4 is 48 maxAll can support vibration feeders but for TVM920 and SMT460 additional cost may be requiredCan anybody share experience with some of these p&p machines ? It seems they are on the market since 2-3 months but there is information only for Neoden4. The total price for all of them is almost the same, parameters are similar but which one is the most relaiable?Thank you in advance guys! Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest

I know the Neoden 4 has an internal pump.Having to buy a separate and have the space for it is a hassle. Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest
