IR-Toy V22 - Capture/Reply December 11, 2014, 12:35:36 pm Hi everybody ,Am The Most Happy Person On Earth When I Tried To Build IR-Toy And Success , Because I Spent More Than 3 Months Trying To Reply Infrared Signals With No Success Till I Found IR-Toy .I Have A Concern Now ABout Somthing , i Need TO Control IR-Toy Without Need To PC (Via Switch Or Serial Transmission) I Know I Have To Change The Code , But I Dont Know The Part That I Need To Play With , So Any Advice About Starting Will Be Appreciated .NB : I Captured MY tv Remote Signal Using Winlirc(Using Create Config) And Successfully Captured The IR Signals And Then I Sent It Agin Via WinLIRC Send Button .Hints/Ideas :Need IRtoy To BootUp In " S / Sample" Mode Automatically .No Need To Enter "0x03" To Enable Transmit .Lets Say When Boot Up I Just press SW1 Connected To RB7 Then IRToay Wait The Infrared Signals To Captures .Now When I Press SW2 Connected To RB6 It Play The Captured IR Signal . Many Thanks For This Most Powerful Forum In The Galaxy :D . Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest
Re: IR-Toy V22 - Capture/Reply Reply #1 – December 12, 2014, 03:04:25 am No Reply ,mmm .lets make it more easy .i don't need all functions toy provide (specially usb) .just need portb.8 >>> for serial tx communication (if applicable uart tx is ok ) .and portb.7 >>>> for serial rx communications (if applicable uart tx is ok ) .so when power on the toy just point my remote to it and press any key (supposed its in sampling mode) .then the toy send the sampling serially via portb.8 or uart tx.and if i send that value again via portb.7 or uart rx , it sendplay it with the ir led .am really appreciate any support urgently . Re: IR-Toy V22 - Capture/Reply Reply #2 – December 13, 2014, 09:28:19 am You need to write your own firmware for this, not just "change the code". This can be done with sufficient know-how.If you do not have prior experience with programming PIC, possibly you will arrive at your goal faster with an Arduino. Re: IR-Toy V22 - Capture/Reply Reply #3 – December 13, 2014, 04:04:35 pm Thanks barf , Am already done a little , so when i power the toy it enter the sampling mode automatically , so when i point my remote to the toy i can see the sampling code shown in terminal , now am in phase of need to send it serially to the uart , next step need to make it monitor the rx uart so when i send the signal serially the toy replay it via the ir led Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest
