Usb IR Toy (Android version)

Dear folks,

Another effort to make android for USB IR Toy.
(Extent some example code from forum...)

UsbIrToy Version 1.0
- Debug log is include for trouble shooting. It show remote code and raw code from LIRC file when beam.
- Direct remote button is create from LRC file for convenience of use (Instead of drop down spinner).
- Number of column of direct button is also configurable through menu setting.

Version 1.1
~Fix parse some LIRC file error
~Button array order will be same as LIRC file definition order
