I haven't seen one. The readers themselves are relatively simple and I doubt anybody has really had a need for trying to read them on a phone, but it's certainly a 'different' idea. I did once work on a very old reader that used wire brushes, to feed signals to an electro-mechanical equivalent of a PLC. I seem to recall it may have been a very early Siemens unit.
