New to Bus Pirate and have a few issues..

Just plugged in my new Bus Pirate V4 and ran the self test and get one error:

Is this an issue? I have the jumpers on 5V->VPU and 3.3->ADC (Which by the way is in a different spot on the mask for a V4 then the website shows for testing it)

Also I picked up the LCD shield (latest they had) and it's 10 pins and Bus Pirate V4 is 12 pins.. Is there an adapter for it?

Thanks

Hi, welcome to the forum. The Bus Pirate v4 has a slightly different self test then the v3, in so much that you don't need to connect the VPU pin to anything. so you should only have the ADC and 3V3 pins connected, while you should remove the jumper between the VPU and 5V.

Regarding the LCD adapter, the one you bought is built for Bus Pirate v3 and is not supported via the BPv4 firmware. We should promptly have the LCD adapter for version 4 out.
best regards FIlip.

Test now runs with zero errors, thanks.

If you have any prototype boards for the V4 version maybe you can fire one my way.. Any idea on projects for the V3 LCD adapter?

Thanks
