OLS not capturing

Hi,

I am using an OLS from Seeed Studio. I have been facing the issue that,
it was not capturing any signal.

Ian stated on irc:

[15:29]   dp-ian   what speed is your capture?
[15:29]   dp-ian   if it is 200MHZ and you capture 50khz signal you will notcapture any change.
[15:30]   dp-ian   please post a screenshot of your capture and trigger settings in the forum and I'll do my best to help

Following this, I tried different lower sampling rates, in the order but a
few order greater than my input signal itself.

This resulted in the OLS capturing the signal. Thanks Ian, thank you very
much. I have been pulling my hair out a bit and lost as what could be wrong.

I have attached the screenshots.

Though I see the signal being captured, I have signals on Channels 0 and 1
respectively, but as you can see the captured data shows signals on Channels
2 and 3 also additionally. Any idea why that would be there ?

Thanks,
Manu

if the other channels are ungrounded they float with the connected channels. It is harmless, but you can also ground the unused pins
