OLS not capturing February 15, 2013, 11:45:26 am Hi,I am using an OLS from Seeed Studio. I have been facing the issue that, it was not capturing any signal.Ian stated on irc:[15:29] dp-ian what speed is your capture?[15:29] dp-ian if it is 200MHZ and you capture 50khz signal you will notcapture any change.[15:30] dp-ian please post a screenshot of your capture and trigger settings in the forum and I'll do my best to helpFollowing this, I tried different lower sampling rates, in the order but a few order greater than my input signal itself. This resulted in the OLS capturing the signal. Thanks Ian, thank you very much. I have been pulling my hair out a bit and lost as what could be wrong.I have attached the screenshots.[attachment=0][attachment=1]Though I see the signal being captured, I have signals on Channels 0 and 1 respectively, but as you can see the captured data shows signals on Channels2 and 3 also additionally. Any idea why that would be there ?Thanks,Manu Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest
Re: OLS not capturing Reply #1 – February 15, 2013, 01:14:28 pm if the other channels are ungrounded they float with the connected channels. It is harmless, but you can also ground the unused pins Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest
