DAC capture in Synchronous Mode

I need to capture 8bit data going to a DAC in Synchronous Mode using the DAC's clock @14.33Mhz.
The DAC is using 5v logic for clock and data.

I'm adding the 4-pin header to TRGI CKI and TRGO CKO on the OLS but a little unsure if I wire the clock to TRGI or CKI and if 5v is appropriate or do I need to bring that down?

You want to use CKI (external clock input).  It's not buffered, so add a voltage divider to knock the 5V down to 3.3v.

The TRGI is the external trigger input to the logic analyzer.  ie: what tells it to start capturing data.
