Programming via Spy-Bi-Wire

I wanted to know if it would be possible to use the Bus Blaster to program TI's MSP430 line of microcontrollers via a protocol called Spy-Bi-Wire. It's reminds me a lot of SWD in the sense that it's TI's implementation of a serialized JTAG protocol.

As far as I know it is not possible. It depends on the software supporting a FT2232 based programmer, and I think TI uses all their own stuff based on MSP430s.

Travis Goodspeed has made some progress in this area with his own device known as GoodFET.
