GerberMerger PCB panelizing program

This evening I knocked up a Perl script that merges Gerber files to help panelize PCB layouts for the FusionPCB service. It is pretty rough and ready but as far as I can tell it does what I need. Perhaps some others might find it useful too.

The script is good to use for panelizing when you're exceeding the PCB size limits of Eagle.

But as long as it can fit within the constraints it's easier to just run panelize.ulp (to make sure the part labels doesn't clash and autoincrement) and then just copy-paste the boards together in a new board.
