Compiling OpenOCD with Bus Blaster support

Hi all,

I'm working on compiling a copy of OpenOCD while I wait for my Bus Blaster to arrive. Can anyone verify whether this is a correct setup if I plan to use SWD support to debug and program ARM Cortex devices?

--enable-ft2232_libftdi --enable-ftdi

I'm planning on using the Bus Blaster in kt-link emulation mode. The Bus Blaster page here seems to have a lot of information about using the BB with OpenOCD, however it seems to assume that you will be using a pre-compiled version of OpenOCD and not rolling your own.

Hi Martytoof,

I believe that will enable support for the FT2232 chip used in the BUs Blaster, but I don't know if you need anything else to enable the kt-link buffer support. I'm sorry, I have only worked with compiled versions.
Got a question? Please ask in the forum for the fastest answers.

No worries, thanks for the reply! I'll report back here when my board comes in in case anyone is curious about what works and what doesn't.
