Help with first capture

I'm having issues trying to make my first successful capture.  I'm trying to capture the control signal to my servo.  The servo is working, but I can't seem to capture the output.

I updated my OSL to what I think is the latest.  It was included in the ols-0308 download.

The software reports:
OLS v1.01
Firmware: 3.07
Protocol 2

I have it setup to capture using the inside numbering, internal clock and have tried several different sample rate.

I have channel group 0 selected.  I have the clips attached to the bottom half, if you look at the board with the reset button in the to left.  From the labeling I'm pretty sure this is group 0 with inside numbering.

I look to see if I could a self test that was mentioned by using an IDE cable, but the link that it went to was empty.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work?

thanks,
dave

OK I feel dumb now.  After re-reading the servo spec and noticing that the pulse size is in the 600-900us range, changing the capture rate to 10kHz allows me to capture the output nicely.

Working great now.

Try triggers next time, it prevents this type of signal missing events. I use them while testing PWM signals a lot! :)
