Shipping ETA?

Anyone know how close the pre-order OLS's are to shipping from seeed?

Wow, mine still hasn't shipped. Two weeks ago I emailed them and they said 'soon' and that none of my order was backordered. Has everyone else's shipped already?

Hi Gridstop,

I'm sorry to hear you haven't gotten a shipment confirmation. Are you able to login to the Seeed store and check the shipment status of your order? You can also use your order number to get a tracking number (if it's shipped) to find out if the package has left China yet.

Yeah the status is just backordered as of the billing date (3/15), no updates.

And trying to track the order number (lucky # 10,000) just gives the 'order has not shipped yet'.

I guess I'll pester them again. I didn't want to bug them if they're actually still working their way down the list, but at this point I feel like I must have got skipped or something.

Hey, if you were lucky #10000 then you were supposed to get a prize or something, right? I'd say it's definitely time to ask for a status update. Let me know if you need help, your order number is easy enough to remember :)

Yeah they offered me a discount on future orders which was really really nice. But at the moment I'm just working on this one.

Ordered mine on 4th March, and it shipped on 20th April, so it looks like it is just taking them a while to get through the backlog.

I sent a message to them this week. They said some boards have some problems and they are trying to solve the problems and after that they will ship them.

I just received OLS by the french Post Office this morning.

Shipment done on April 14Th, customer delivery 2 weeks later. Quite good for an Hong-Kong parcel.

Need now to be tested...

I got mine this morning. Here the timing:
- 29.04.2010: Email from Seeedstudio about order status changed to shipped
- 06.05.2010: Package shows up at Hongkong post office (honkongpost.com)
- 09.05.2010: Package leaves Hongkong
- 13.05.2010: Package arrives at Swiss customs
- 17.05.2010: Package delivered at my home

So it took around two weeks, quite satisfactory.
