Latest flashrom binaries September 11, 2011, 11:21:50 pm Latest flashrom binary for Windows (32bit):http://http://ra.openbios.org/~idwer/flashrom/flashrom_mingw_r1435.exeThis version also has support for plain ft2232-based flashers and thus it needs libusb and libftdi on your WIndows machine.Download it, then rename it to flashrom.exe for convenience, then use it as follows:Code: [Select]flashrom.exe -p buspirate_spiUser rzavaleta here in this forum built the latest flashrom binary for Windows (32bit) as well:http://http://dangerousprototypes.com/forum/download/file.php?id=4947Both Windows builds have the same requirements.DOS binaries are unavailable due to missing FTDI drivers for that platform.Binaries for other platforms will be linked here soon... Re: Latest flashrom binaries Reply #2 – September 12, 2011, 09:03:45 am Uh oh. Seems the posted binaries use the old (slow) command set instead of the flashrom specific command set.Can you wait a few days so I can get a better overview of the current state of Bus Pirate support in flashrom and then post updated binaries? Thanks! Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest

[Solved] Re: Latest flashrom binaries Reply #4 – September 20, 2011, 12:20:46 am I don't really see support for OSX 10.5/10.6/10.7? I looked over the readme file from the source package and it sais there is support but I have to get the DirectIO driver and when I go to the link I get someones webpage with Pictures.Edited 9-23-11:I have to assume I need the MAC OSX developer tools to compile the source and create a DMG installer. Have not attempted yet. Last Edit: January 01, 1970, 01:00:00 am by Guest
