Binary wait command

A quick suggestion for a new command for the binary modes of the bus pirate:  Wait($usec).

Many flash programming protocols require you to wait this or that many microseconds, and you end up waiting much longer than necessary if you synchronize to the host, sleep on the host, then send the next command.

something simple like wait_us() or wait_ms() would work fine can be shortened for code size

could even be wait_tics() for what ever the system tic time is.
