Looking for a developer : up to 200$ for a little software (BPV3 - SPI - OPC271)

Hello,

sorry for my English, I'm French. I'm looking for a developer to make a program which would be able to control a Opto-Potentiometer OPC271 (Software compatible with the PGA2310, PGA2311 and CS3310 - SPI Protocol) with a BP V3. The OPC271 (P&S Technologies) is placed between a DAC and a digital amplifier in a HTPC, the program must be written in C under VS2008 (Express Edition) and finally the output volume must be identical to the master volume (in terms of percentage) of the PC where the program runs (this second requirement could be an option, I think to be able to program this part)
I'm waiting for your proposals, I could pay up to 200$ via paypal or wire transfer.

Regards
