What's the element model in Bus v4?

I am making the Bus Pirate V4,but I don't konw the model of D1-D3 , Q1-Q2 and IC3.
The partlist is only say that "200mA diode" and "PNP, 30hfe+, 800mA+"
And the bom of Bus V4 sch have some thing wrong such as c7 and c8.

My job is very busy,I have three day time to do these in Ching Ming Festival.And I thought that I would do some changes for chinese user,because many elements are very hard to buy in china.

Hi canghaiwuhen,

Bus Pirate 4 isn't quite done yet, so you are free to test different parts with the design.

D1,D2 are any sort of silicone diode with 100-200mA minimum current. Type is not important, use what you can get.

Q1,Q2 are any PNP transistor with 500mA+ current rating. Type is not important, use what you can get.

C7 C8 should be 18-27pF, they were incorrect (0.1uF) on an early version of the schematic

IC3 is an I2C EEPROM. We are using the biggest one Microchip makes, but use what you can get.
