I got a schedule from Seeed today, here's kind of where things are at:

Bus Blaster v2.0a-----Assembly done. Waiting for test.
XC9572XL-CPLD breakout 1v----- Assembly done. Waiting for test.
XC2C-CPLD breakout v1b----Assembly done. Waiting for test.
USB IR Toy v2.0------PCBs are ready, waiting for the components ready to
start assembly.

Thanks for the offer :) I'd love to take you up on it, but I think just about everything left has to be finished from here.
