BusPirate support for programming PIC

When the newterm transistion was made a new protocol was added for rudimeentary pic programming. Later on we needed the space in the flash, so this protocol wasn't compiled in anymore (and Ian removed the textes). I readded it to a ADDON firmware, so people can use it with the prototype HVP adapter Seeed is selling ( http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/bus-pi ... Path=61_68 )

More info in: http://dangerousprototypes.com/forum/in ... opic=412.0 and http://dangerousprototypes.com/forum/in ... opic=423.0

Remember the hardware Ian and I used is different hardware, so the setup is different!

CS toggles /mclr (cs=1, mclr=0)
aux toggles vpp (aux=1, mclr=vpp)
adc monitors vpp (=vpp/2 (??))
voltreg and pullups should be on

there is also a prelimanary tool for generating commands from a hex  here: http://code.google.com/p/the-bus-pirate ... 2prog.html (WARNING: this a real ugly hack !!)

The buspirate addon is in the svn: http://code.google.com/p/the-bus-pirate ... n542&r=542

We're down to 13 programming adapters already, I hope one or two of those go to people who plan to contribute instead of people who want the hardware at a discount.

Joke will be on them though, because the final hardware reads VPP instead of the raw 13volt supply :)

Sssst!

I believe most will end up with developers, since there isn't much support in PiratePicProg.

**just to clarify for anyone watching, this wasn't an intentional change. It is a minor update that will help with self-testing and give better user feedback by sensing if the PIC reset circuit is working. It won't add a new 'feature'.
